Gordon Tan Gordon Tan joined PSA in August 2017 as Assistant VP of PSA North-East Asia overseeing PSA Cargo Solutions businesses in South-West China, including business units under Sino-Singapore Chongqing Connectivity Initiative (CCI). Thereafter, Gordon assumed the role of Vice President of Cargo Solutions overseeing supply chain business of PSA in Chain before his current appointment as Managing Director (China) of PSA BDP, overseeing and expanding commercial and operations of its supply chain network of 15 nodes across China. Prior to this, Gordon spent 10 years at (then) IE Singapore (now Enterprise Singapore) in various market roles (7 years) as Divisional Director of China Strategy & CCI and covered markets in South China, North Chine (Shandong) and North-East China (Liaoning). Earlier, Gordon was also part its industry group (3 years) covering food manufacturing and food services sectors. Gordon received Singapore’s National Day Award in 2016. Before joining IE Singapore, Gordon spent 7 years in the private sector in engineering roles (Hewlett Packard, DSO National Laboratories) as well as regional business development role with a Building Technology Singapore-based Small and Medium Enterprise (Fonda Engineering). Gordon Graduated from Nanyang Technological University in Mechanical Engineering and Information Technology Communications. He is married with two daughters. Gordon enjoys swimming, pickle ball, and TikTok. Yang Lei Yang Lei has been engaged in research on railway container, containerization, multimodal transport and modern logistics development, presided over the completion of more than 30 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, participated in the drafting of relevant policies and standards of the Ministry of Transport and China State Railway Group Co., Ltd, and published more than 40 academic papers which have extensive both academic and implementation experience in the field of multimodal transport. Dick Yip Mr. Dick Yip has over 30 years of experience in the logistics and transportation arena. Dick has profound expertise in providing both process management and logistical services to global customers. He started his logistics career in Hong Kong and worked in various roles gaining experience before relocating to Shanghai in 2001. Dick has held senior management position for over 20 years. Dick was one of the pioneer members of PSA BDP (BDP) International’s management team in the North Asia team. He is currently spearheading PSA BDP International in North Asia region, overseeing 3 countries/Locations (Hong Kong, Korea & Taiwan) with where he is responsible for the total operations and management of the businesses. William Wang Mr. William Wang has 30+ years-experience in sourcing, manufacturing, and technology for several multinational companies within the agricultural, industrial manufacturing, IT, and FMCG industries. He currently leads regional logistics procurement for Corteva, one of the biggest agricultural companies worldwide. Ken Hong Expertise in Chemical Distribution with plenty working experience in top global chemical distributors, Univar, Brenntag and Helm in various roles such like Regional Sales Manager, Global Key Account Director, Head of Procurement, Commercial Director. Have deep insight on supply chain management. Bruce Lee Bruce Li is the Logistics Director at MFCI Co., Ltd. He is in charge of the contents of two major boards, namely the logistics department and the comprehensive department. Lye Chee Whye Lye Chee Whye is the Head of China for Northeast Asia (NEA) Region in PSA Group. He has more than 25 years of experience in the port industry spanning across functions such as Management, Container Terminal Operations, Business Development, Information Technology. He is responsible for the smooth operations across all the operations in China and its related joint ventures. Gary Yu Gary Yu graduated from Dalian Maritime University in 1999, majoring in international shipping management. He has been in the shipping industry for 25 years. Specializing in the field of general cargo leading the team to operate more than 150 voyages per day. Megan Liu Megan Liu, Branch Manager-CTU of Chapmanfreeborn, has an extensive background in cargo airlines and tailored charter solutions for cargo transportation. Chapman offers a comprehensive range of aviation products to our esteemed clients, encompassing both scheduled service capacity and customized solutions in charter, part charter, and specialized cargo services. Lv Ming Qiang Steven Lv Ming Qiang is the Lead Consultant at Tranlouis Consulting. Steven has more than 20 years of experience working with multinational corporations in Chemical and related fields. He is a certified safety and quality engineer, and has supported over 100 Chemical supply chain consulting projects. One of Steven’s great accomplishments was earning his Six Sigma Black Belt. Stephen Xie Stephen has 20 years of experience in the Supply Chain Management and Logistics Industry. He joined PSA BDP in 2023 as the Head of Solutions and Analytics, with a primary focus on driving Supply Chain Optimization initiatives. His expertise encompasses Contract Logistics, Transportation, Cross-Border Rail solutions, Asia Road Network, International Express service, Time Critical solutions, and various logistics models including 3PL, 4PL, and LLP. Stephen earned his Master’s degree in Risk Management from Southampton University. Stephen hails from Shanghai and currently resides there with his family. Scott Wu Mr. Scott Wu is Head of Division – Commercial at ONE, where he has been since 2018. Before working at ONE, Scott worked for NYK Line (China) Co.,Ltd, and The East Asiatic Company (Denmark) in China. Chee Foong Wan Mr Wan is the CEO of PSA BDP, a wholly-owned subsidiary and cargo solutions arm of PSA International (“PSAI”), headquartered in Philadelphia, USA. Chee Foong also sits on PSAI's Senior Management Council. Prior to his current appointment, Chee Foong was the Regional CEO of Middle East South Asia (“MESA”) and the Head Group Business Development of PSAI. Mr Wan joined PSA in 2012, bringing with him a broad range of business development, investment management and restructuring experience in transport and logistics. Prior to PSA, Mr Wan spent more than eight years in Temasek Holdings, a global investment firm headquartered in Singapore. Mr Wan focused on investments in the transportation sector and led teams in the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, restructuring and nurturing of investee companies. His last appointment with Temasek was as Director of SeaTown Holdings, a global investment fund wholly owned by Temasek. In the early years of his career, he was with Singapore Airlines (“SIA”), where he held various management positions in the commercial technology, sales & marketing and internal audit divisions. Mr Wan Chee Foong joined Jurong Port Board on 1 October 2022 and was appointed a member of Jurong Port Board’s Executive Committee. Mr Wan is also Chairman of SHINE Children and Youth Services, a registered charity serving vulnerable children, youth and their families in Singapore. Mr Wan is also a member of the Institutional Review Board of Singapore University of Social Sciences. In addition, he sits on the Advisory Board of The Logistics Institute Asia Pacific – National University of Singapore and is also a committee member of the Singapore Business Federation (“SBF”) Infrastructure Committee and the SBF Latin American Business Group. Mr Wan was awarded the Singapore Airlines Scholarship and graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science (Engineering). Agenda
